I am a Korean senior citizen, currently living in Korea town, Los Angeles. When I came to KCCD, I was asked if I could help out as a Korean speaker, so I decided to volunteer at KCCD. I wanted to help Korean seniors understand the benefits and services available to them. I am currently working on building a database of possible Korean speaking clients for the Family Source Center Program. I am hoping this experience will help lead to future job opportunities.
